For the meatloaf:

  • 2 pounds of ground beef or a mix of ground beef and pork
  • 1/4 cup of coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup of chopped parsley

For the spicy BBQ sauce:

  • 1/2 cup of sugar-free ketchup
  • 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of monk fruit sugar (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, coconut flour, onion, garlic, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and parsley until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and press it evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, monk fruit sugar, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until smooth.
