Keto Friendly Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry

This quick and easy stir-fry is a perfect low carb dinner option, packed with healthy fats, protein, and delicious vegetables.

Keto Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry


  • 3/4 lb beef, cut into strips
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup diced or shredded carrots
  • 1/2 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 red pepper or yellow pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups red cabbage, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the beef strips and cook until they're browned on all sides. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add more oil if needed, then add the onion, bell pepper, red pepper, and cabbage. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  5. Add the carrots and continue to stir fry until desired texture.
  6. Return the beef to the pan and stir well to combine with the vegetables.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
