20 Minute Bodyweight Hotel Workout

On the road without a lot of time? Use this 20 minute hotel workout to stay fit and stimulate the body no matter where you are.

The Hotel Workout:

Instructions: Complete 5 rounds of the following Hotel Workout Circuit. Perform the prescribed number of reps for each exercise in order. Rest for 1 to 2 minutes between rounds.

  1. Decline Push-ups 10 - 12 reps

  2. Regular Push-ups 10 - 12 reps

  3. Incline Push-ups 10 - 12 reps

  4. Inverted Rows 10 - 12 reps

  5. Sea Turtles 10 - 12 reps

  6. Goblet Squat/Reverse Lunges 5 - 8 reps

  7. Bowsaw Planks 10 - 12 reps

  8. Side V-ups/Side Dips 10 - 12 reps of each

  9. Bicycle Crunches 15 - 20 reps
