What Is Andropause?

Most men have heard of menopause, but very few realize there’s a male counterpart: andropause. Unlike menopause, andropause doesn’t flip the switch overnight. It sneaks in slowly, often starting in your late 30s or early 40s, and it shows up as:

  • Declining testosterone levels

  • Loss of muscle mass and strength

  • Stubborn belly fat

  • Fatigue and lack of motivation (needing to nap constantly)

  • Lower libido and performance issues (when you stop caring about sex it is time to see the doctor)

Left unchecked, andropause robs men of vitality, energy, and confidence. But here’s the good news—you can fight back.


Why Men Over 40 Must Keep Training

Strength training is the single best defense against andropause. When you lift weights consistently, you send your body a clear message: keep producing testosterone, keep building muscle, and keep me strong.
