- 2 pounds of ground beef
- 1 large bell pepper, diced
- 1 large onion, diced

- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, no sugar added
- 1 can of tomato sauce (8 oz), no sugar added
- 1/2 cup bone broth or beef stock
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
